數(shu)控(kong)平面(mian)鉆(zuan)GZP系列采(cai)用工(gong)作臺(tai)固(gu)定(ding),龍門(men)和操(cao)縱平(ping)臺(tai)在(zai)兩側(ce)床(chuang)身上同步移(yi)動的(de)結(jie)構(gou)形式,床(chuang)身為鑄造結(jie)構(gou),床(chuang)身和工(gong)作臺(tai)采(cai)用分(fen)體式(shi)結構(gou)。能(neng)吸收(shou)工(gong)件(jian)加(jia)工(gong)時的震動力(li);具(ju)備(bei)銑削(xue)、鉆(zuan)削(xue)(鉆、擴、鉸)、鍃削等多種加工(gong)功(gong)能(neng),鉆孔(kong)和銑(xi)削為主要加(jia)工(gong)功(gong)能(neng),工(gong)件(jian)壹(yi)次(ci)裝夾(jia)後可進(jin)行鉆、鏜(tang)、鉸、銑等多種工(gong)序加工(gong)。
數(shu)控(kong)平面(mian)鉆(zuan)床的鉆(zuan)削動力(li)頭采(cai)用BT50內(nei)冷(leng)剛性高(gao)速精(jing)密主軸(zhou),剛性好(hao)、精(jing)度高(gao),可滿(man)足機(ji)床(chuang)的(de)高(gao)速重型(xing)切(qie)削(xue)。動力(li)頭配有(you)液壓(ya)打刀(dao)缸來配合主軸(zhou)的45°四(si)瓣(ban)爪拉刀(dao)機構(gou),實(shi)現(xian)自(zi)動松刀(dao)和自(zi)動拉(la)刀(dao)動作,使(shi)刀(dao)具(ju)的裝(zhuang)卸方便。主軸(zhou)轉速10~3000r/min,轉速範圍廣(guang)。在(zai)精(jing)密主軸(zhou)的上(shang)端(duan)配有(you)高(gao)壓(ya)旋轉接頭可接(jie)入(ru)冷(leng)卻潤滑(hua)液,經(jing)主軸(zhou)內(nei)孔(kong)、拉釘(ding)內(nei)孔(kong)、BT50刀(dao)柄內(nei)孔(kong)、鉆頭中(zhong)心孔(kong),直接噴向切(qie)削(xue)位置,主軸(zhou)中(zhong)心出水功(gong)能(neng)可提(ti)高切(qie)削(xue)加工(gong)效(xiao)率(lv),實(shi)現(xian)深(shen)孔(kong)加工(gong)和保(bao)護刀(dao)具(ju)降(jiang)低(di)使(shi)用(yong)成本(ben)。
